
I set out to create a bistro that matched the surroundings here in Sodo — a semi-industrial space that is modern and intimate. The result is Zinnia Bistro.
Our stained concrete floors, exposed beams and high ceilings make it both stylish and inviting. The custom blown glass lighting, custom made tabletops created from cement and recycled glass chips, along with our built in community bench make the space unique.
We hope you will come and enjoy our bistro and experience the love of Chef Shelby!



Thanks to all there. You’re a very necessary bit of good food in that part of Sodo. Love the turkey sandwich with the boozy bacon jam, the kale chips, and the mixed green salad. Miss the mango chicken salad. Hope it returns with the sun.

I love the mango chicken salad. It is one of my personal favorites. I would definitely look for it come Summer. I will tell Chef Joel you miss it. Our Spring menu comes out next month.
